Walled Garden
In the Walled Garden we have lots of lovely spots for you to say your vows. Since Covid, we are licensed outside as well as inside so if you fancied getting married by the pond, on the beach or in the wedding pavilion in the centre of the grounds we've got you covered!
The Walled Garden, formally a kitchen garden to the Stourton Estate, is particularly rare as it is double walled. Steeped in history, we can't think of a better place to say I do!
The
Pavilion
The wedding pavilion is the focal point of the garden and works best for outside ceremonies.
We have our fun and practical WGB deckchairs that can seat 50 people surrounding the pavilion, with 360 degree views of the service!
If however the weather isn't on our side we can always seat your guests in the marquee or move the ceremony to our purpose built venue Montagues!
The
Lakeside
The Lakeside is a new ceremony location we use for intimate weddings. A beautiful spot to say 'i do' with the stunning reflection of the lake and arched doorway behind you.
There is no shelter for this location so please be aware that this is weather dependant!
The
Courtyard
The Wedding Garden Courtyard is another great option for small wedding ceremonies. In front of the arched doors we can create a space outdoors to say your vows.
Walk through the wall arch and have your confetti throw on the lawn!
The
Woodland Walk
The woodland walk is a popular photo spot for an after ceremony stroll!
We always recommend you take the opportunity to have a moment for yourselves and to take it all in.
A quiet spot outside the inner walls amongst the trees.
